You should have them to say a few sentences before giving out free tea. I dont think the african guys could speak that language, they just knew a few words. The man with the hungarian lady can't speak hungarian I can tell that. I am glad that you study hungarian because it is a hard language and great for people who likes languages. I have seen a few polyglots speaking it and they said they wanted to learn something that is different and challenging.
It's kind of funny, because I'm Hungarian, and those 2 people didn't actually speak Hungarian, just because they said hi and how are you, espesially the tall guy didn't even nailed that 1 phrase "Jó napot". when you said that "I'm learning Hungarian", that was more than what those people knew in Hungarian.

It Is important you at least appreciate them and give them a warm goodbye.
Hello, thanks a lot for your feedback, I really appreciate it, because it's something where I should work on. First of all: it's never my intention to ignore someone and I really try my best to improve my attitude. Secondly: sometimes there are people passing who want to join the challenge too, and I have to make eye contact immediately to give them the feeling that they are welcome too. Last thing: switching between languages in short time takes a lot of energy, so sometimes it's hard to focus. But yo, your words really help me to find a good balance and I definitely want to improve my content. Cheers

You’re so inspirational! I’m so jealous, I would love to speak multiple languages but I always give up before getting anywhere. I grew up in Lebanon and honestly you speak better MSA than me but in terms of improving pronunciation, you could work on the harsh throaty sounds (idk if you know what I mean, but for example, the haa in hayawanat)
How about learning a bit of Irish Wouter. You run into Irish people every so often and while they nearly all pick up a bit of it at school I can't recall you speaking to many in these videos that had any real proficiency. You'd blow the minds of a few of them that don't know more than a few greetings and how to ask the teacher permission to leave the classroom.

I’m Turkish and watching this video with your Turkish interactions, all I have to say is practice your Turkish. Don’t get me wrong you can definitely speak it, but please practice it as it is difficult to understand you. Just practice the pronunciation of your Turkish words and you should be set.

@@WouterCorduwener You are speaking very well Wouter but i think you should improve yourself in suffix usage for example you said "Ben çok ülkeler gezmek istiyorum." thats actually not that wrong as a sentence but you could've said "Pek( or Bir) çok ülke/ülkeyi gezmek istiyorum." you dont need the use "Ben( I )" in the beginning because you are saying "istiyoru(m)" in the end and that "m" is already meaning "I" in English and also just because you said "çok" you dont need to make it plural the "ülke" word and its a little bit different to English and also hard to explain but in anyway you are speaking alright

Sign is so underrated! I grew up using some Sign Exact English with my brother but I'm trying to get into properly learning ASL over the next few years. Any suggestions on habits for practice/integrating it into one's life? It's so fundamentally different from spoken languages that I feel like there's a real lack of ways to practice with other people online & lack of information about the learning process.
I only speak English and a tiny bit of Hindi and Punjabi (which I can also read). I have been learning Spanish for some years on Duolingo but your videos are inspiring me to step up my language learning. So thanks for that!
My Nigerian brother 💃🏾💃🏾 lol We both speak the same language, it is called Igbo . Your channel pop up called it Nigerian & there’s no language like that . Igbo we hear is very , very hard to learn but you’d pick it up alongside 5 other Nigerian languages ( we speak 500 + languages minus English and Pidgin) Your videos are always lovely & whilst I watch , I try to also guess the languages because I have heard some or learnt some . It’s an adrenaline rush .
