Don't be afraid you grown up having a better understanding and perspective mature word's and understanding a trauma you need to accept and understand that you can grow from it by accepting you can heal and forgive yourself and be conscious.
When you are conscious you can let it go and heal from it😊
Don't judge just accept.
You still live and are alive it so it didn't break you. That's telling you that you are strong. Just accept it was not your fault you needed to overcome its a soul lesson I prayed while I wrote this message to Jesus to lead you you ask before you go there to God Jesus holy spirit to be together with you 😊
