I remember that Heinz commercial. There was an offer to get a toy ketchup bottle that would turn into a space ship with working lights. I had one, but I forgot what I did with it. It was awesome though. :-)
The episode of Murder, She Wrote was "Death Takes a Dive." It featured a young LeVar Burton, Michael McGrady who is still widely known in TV today, and a host of other great stars. Man, what a great show.
"The Galactic Battle Burger!" 0:47--Interesting that while Kraft Singles are hardly what most of us would consider "real" cheese, they claim to use 5 ounces of milk in every slice. 2:15--I remember that "Share the Spirit" slogan for CBS, and "We've Got the Touch" before that. That was kind of a thing in the 80's for TV networks. (ABC had "We're with you on ABC with you", and NBC had "N-B-See Us.") 6:31--What ever happened to Crave cat food? I thought they had great commercials for it.
not a fan of primetime soaps, Welcome to the club! I myself wasn't a fan of soaps at all! still not to this day! Although i occasionally may pop in the only surviving ones whenever nothing good's on, or when a favorite of mine guest stars. last one I did was Y&R, when Bob Barker did an appearance.

It's rare that I actually see Heinz Ketchup in glass bottles anymore.
