    I remember seeing that first video, but I had no idea it got such a helpful sequel. This is great nexus for climb up tips, and I appreciate the exercise recommendations.

    You are great bro, try to push the wall with your legs and transform that cinetic energy into potential/vertical momentum swinging you body upwards with one big move.

    Really great video! I’ve been training parkour for nearly two years now and climb ups are definitely a weak spot. Think this was the motivation I needed to finally go and get them to a decent level.
