Deeper voice. Regular weight training. The biggest change would have to be his comedic style. He's more measured and philosophical these days. Al Pacino's voice changed over the years because of smoking. This is likely the case with Dave. But, it's easy to buy into the conspiracy theories out there claiming it's not the same Dave because he looks and sounds different - and there are wild theories.
