good explanation bro,but how do I decrease or increase the espresso brewing temperature,as I can see yours is off,mine is 93.6 and I want to bring it down
@@carlamoreno6881 hlo Carla. Basically yield of the espresso depends on strength and extraction on which you set your machine. The more water the more yield and vice visor which also rounds up with your coffee density, grind and gramage. once you set your machine to a consistency of water levels however much the grind, density or gramage not consistent the machine will yield out the same weight though the timing will change my dear
In most cases depending on the machine you have, the temperature of the water is set manually by a technician cause one needs to open the machine and adjust it within its hardware. But u can also use a thermometer to determine the temperature.
Hello. It depends on the type of machine you are trying to use cause they all have different ways and settings on how to reduce to the temperature of the water. Then when it comes to cleaning inside the water tank, first I would recommend you to invite a technician who can operate the machine hard ware or still you have to start using filtered water into your machine.

Currently I dont have my machine with me but first option you go into the machine menu, click on display settings and click on the temperature mode there you can easily adjust ur temperature the way you want. Secondly if you can open ur machine into the wiring and system of the machine, next to the water tank there are adjustment pedals that govern the temperature and the quantity of the water to outlet, and the last option is to call your technician to adjust the machine through its software.
Kindly I would advise you to either call a mechanic of you sock the steam ward in the chemical you use for backflashing over night to clean inside the steam ward

An Espresso is supposed to be brewed at 94°c so that temperature is OK don't reduce it

These machines already come with an adjusted bar setting so it's hard unless u open it manually and adjust some points

You can only adjust it in its hard ware.
WHITE EAGLE can't be adjusted in software. So you need to call a maintenance guy
