It's the best way for me to choke down news without feeling like I'm being intentionally fed the worst case scenario 24/7, but when that news needs to be made you don't make it feel like the weight of these problems relies on the common man to fix it. You make me informed without feeling the extreme weight of it all. I see now it's because YOU are the one who takes that burden, and I (and surely everyone else) appreciates that tremendously. I know you don’t know me endeavorance and I don’t know if you’ll even see this, but coming from someone who has level one ASD, I want you to know that you have absolutely nothing to apologize for. There’s a lot of crazy things happening not just in this country, but all over the world and as you said, a lot of it is very consequential. A lot of people are going through it right now. Now, more than ever, you need to do everything you can to prioritize your mental health and your health in general. You’ve done so much for a lot of people and it’s only fair that you do something for yourself now. The last thing you want to do is burn out and then you’re no use to anyone. As much as I enjoy hearing the news from you about what’s going on in the world, I would rather see you at 100% or close to 100% then to wind up hearing about how you burnt out. And if your fans really love you and care about you, They will stick around and completely understand where you’re coming from. So whenever you decide to come back, I’ll be happy to see you reporting on the news again. You’re making the right choice to take a complete social media break until well after the election is over here. And I would say the same thing for anyone who’s feeling like they’re at that point of burnout. Just promise us that you’ll take care of yourself until we see you again. I don't blame you for wanting to take a step back; this world has pretty much turned into the junk meteor from Futurama. Find new things for you to enjoy & maybe for Halloween you & your dog could do a couples costume where you're the crowbar & he's you: Ruff Keeps Happening
To retain revenue, you could always just do like 'throwback' videos and basically re-upload stuff. Either way, your mental and physical health are more important than anything, so take the time that you need. I hope things improve.
