Try adding this for lemon rice. More flavour. 3 - 5 red chilli 1/2 spoon fenu Greek. Fry in little oil. Grind it and make it as a powder. Add finally in the lemon rice, it is same as in lemon rice giving in temple.

Don't use before day rice for next day lunch box . Rice will spoil and becomes watery .
But in the fried rice masala packet it is always written ,left over rice is best for making fried rice ,can you please explain me how is this possible
Left over rice made previous night can b used... Doesn't get spoilt n can b consumed by lunch
