Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Tawa pulao -
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Onion -1/4 cup
Tomato - 1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Green peas -1/4 cup
Boiled potato -1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
Pav bhaji masala -1 tsp
Lemon juice. -1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Curd Rice -
Boiled rice -1 cup
Curd -1 cup
Onion-1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Tomato - 1/4 cup
Split black gram(chana dal) - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds -1 /2 tsp
Curry leaves
Green chilli -2
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tamarind Rice -
Boiled rice -1 cup
Tamarind paste/pulp - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Split black gram - 1 tsp
Peanuts -1/4 cup
Curry leaves
Dry red chilli - 2
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Egg Fried Rice:
Boiled rice -1 cup
Eggs -2
Garlic cloves -3
Green chilli-2
Onion -1
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Aloo Matar Rice :
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Potato - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/3 tsp
