1 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of honey
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
1/4 cup of water
A little bit of sesame oil ( optional)
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Chicken Liver Omelette)
1.2 lbs chicken liver
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 large eggs + 1 stalk green onion + salt and pepper + 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 medium potato, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi extract (or lemon juice)
A little bit of black pepper
