I think the only true absolute way of disconnecting from "reality" is when we die and everyone reading this now is alive, so you're having feelings or the lack of feelings in what we call Reality. What does it really mean to "feel like youre disconnected from reality?" What other words and feelings are associated when people say that phrase? What do you mean when you say you're disconnected? Because it seems like the people I have encountered or have grown to know about have many different definitions for what reality is and if I were to explain what it means to me, is everything that has a name, awareness, words, thoughts, perspectives, dreams, feelings, emotions, it's right in front of You. Being disconnected from reality to me means you would no longer be here but, You are. And quite frankly even the memories of past people that used to be alive are within the minds of the living which is also reality which means they're still part of it in a way? I honestly do not think reality is all the way defined nor does everyone perceive it the same. Speaking of reality. It evolves, transforms, it dissolves, its matter, its not able to be aware of everything and can be to certain points?

I AM SORRY IF YOU ARE FEELING DOWN BUT IT IS DISRESPECTFUL TO ME!* - At 3:26 AM I am sitting here eating dried cranberries (we don’t have anything else in the house, literally. We don’t have much food.) and I’ve been living off them while drinking a cup of water a day. The reason I’m up so late is because of my dear friend many people call insomnia! I don’t know, but I’m so energetic and not tired at all when in the day I’m so depressed and feel like I should just stay inside and bed rot all day every day. But I’m almost 13 I shouldn’t feel so empty and tired, no I should feel happy because kids are supposed to be happy! Right? Well this one’s not. Sure I have a good life and all - not traumatized, ab*sed, SA nor do I have a ED (Idk of it tho). But lately school has been sucking major ass. I feel like such an unwanted child that is a burden to everyone I know. It seems like everyone who “loves” me is fake asfk. I js wish I met someone who actually loves me and makes me feel human. Tbh I wish I could js die.
