Blood / Hallowed Grounds (E1M5) / Extra Crispy Difficulty

I've set myself the challenge of beating Blood on Extra Crispy difficulty without saving (only at the start of each level) and AUTO AIMING off. I know it's going to be tough and unfair, but it's a challenge I want to achieve.
