Steve I can remember when my dad used to do the same things with me I'm 45 now and I'm sure your kids are going to remember this stuff for the rest of their life to awesome dad way to go man
Loved it. I can now see the difference between a 210 and a Bel-Air, thanks for showing us. Can’t wait to see what you do with the convertible. The guys did a great job with the trolley. Have fun guys !!
Steve, Thank you so much for your videos! You are the cure for the virus and the violence! We need this content so bad! I know we will get through and get back to a new normal, but you are keeping us sane in the mean time! You are an essential business for sure! Thanks for everything! Mark 68 yrs old and feel younger every time I watch!
What a very nice comment. I do appreciate your kind words. It has been a struggle for so many and if I can help a few by taking them somewhere fun for a few minutes, that really makes me happy. Thanks Mark! Best to you and yours.
Hey Steve, God bless you for thinking about the kids ! They will never forget the comrodery and your ideas are obviously influencing their lives ! They are so lucky to have someone who gets it . By the way, I've got " hemroid " patch on my biker jacket . I relate .
I like how the trolley turned out. At first I didn't really get what they had planned for it. But with it mostly complete I can see it has potential. If you put a wall and door between the bikes and the front area with a door, you could have the front half air conditioned and the cargo area in the back could serve as a back porch and shaded service area for the bikes. Awesome project guys.
Yeah ramps to jump the truck is a great idea. The sky is the limit for what can be done to make that thing comfy and a fun place to hang out with the boys. That trolley bus is the perfect way to keep historic vehicles like that going and not just rotting in a yard somewhere. Love it.
When I was 16 in 1974, I bought a 57 Chevy 2 door hard top, like your dad's! It ran even, I took the motor out, the next day cause I wanted to restore the car! A big job at 16! But here's another thing I found out! They made a three pieces front & back bumper, and one piece, front & back bumpers, if I remember right, three pieces was east coast, one piece west coast, anyway whatever it is I wanted to share it! Great video, even with the flaws in the filming! Thanks DESERT
Back in the early 70s I pulled up to my girl friends in my 57 chev she comes out and smiles then says this car must be female and points to the black bumper guards😂😂🤠👍
Great looking 57 Chevy I agree with you 100% that they should never try to do the 55 to 57 Chevy over again, Cash and Anthony did a fantastic job on the trolly Thank You all for sharing it with us Take Care All
Very cool project and hang for the young's guys! So much more they could do to it over time kids today could learn alit from your boys and their friends .
Steve awesome video man! Thanks for showing me the difference between a 210 and a Belaire. I never knew that about the pillar and no pillar. Makes sense on using the 210 for a gasser. I am a child of the 60's and I love 50's cars but don't know to much about them. Love you work with the kids and let them build cool stuff like the dirt bike trolly.
Definitely awesome 😎 and I love the 57 bel air to it is my favorite car. I am slowly building mine. I have been gathering parts since I was 13 and I am 43 now.
The trolley is turning out well. The 57 is a great find. I had a 57 2 door 210 post car. I had to sell due to medical issue.10 years later, I am now getting ready to put my 1948 Dodge Pilot House pick up on as a daily driver soon.
Great to see what your boys have done with the trolley. And I’m looking forward to seeing what your Chevy convertible will look like after completion. Stay safe guys
Damn my brother. Your hair is long! Lol. You are in the top 3 of my favorite channels. I’m sick you’re not in tv anymore. Your story and ability are perfect to share on tv. I’m so happy you continued on RUclips! Prayers and keep it up. I’m always with you and totally support your channel and exceptional efforts.
I love what you guys are doing my wife and I made it to a tour of your shop last June on our anniversary day and we loved it there please keep up the great work
Thank God metal only talks to you and you dont have argue with it , the story is simple you either love it ,history a story all it's own, untill you get behind the wheel you understand it and want to know why you need to own it, then it all start to come together ! The metal they put into those vehicles was amazing ,and now it's time to make it your own ,!
Meant to tell you,my neighbor had a white 57 convertible with skirts and red interior. It was an original Fuel injected 283 from the factory ! I was a hotrod dreamer at 13 .
the trolley turned out great. she could use 3 or 4 overlanding roof top tents with custom leg brackets an awening on each side and a pull out bbq with 100 lb propane tank on stand by for a endless source of fuel. also check the local rv joint for a 12 volt refridegerator. ice packs on hand will always come in handy with a dirt bike hauler.stay safe and take care
My dad's friend has a blue 57 bel air that put a big impression on me as a kid too. He still has it, he's a German machinist. He machined and duplicated a complete Bosch fuel injection system for it and also machined the fuel injection emblems on the front fenders. His buddy owns a real fuel injected convertible worth a fortune, and let him copy it. Most iconic cars ever.
The trolley is cool, great save from that junkyard. Worth pointing out that tri-Chevies came as both pillarless and post cars in both 210 and Bel Airs, you could get a pillarless 210 Sport Coupe. The post sedan roofline is not only longer than the coupe's but also about four-inches higher, no trim or glass is shared between them. The post cars have the same roof as a four-door sedan.
I loved the history on the 57! I'd like to see more details on them and maybe some more details and history on your other rides too. Especially some gasser stuff and the origins of rat rods
Steve You have to be ONE PROUD PAPA!!!!!! the Boys are rocking the TROLLY!! THE BEST TOY HAULER EVER!! as for understanding! being the owner of the best chevys ever !! there are less 69 rag top camaro's but the 57(the year i was born) are still the best ever!!! I'll be fallowing welder up for LIFE!!!!!
Thanks Chuck, I appreciate you watching. I'm having a great time bringing some entertainment to you car guys when things feel off in our world right now. Steve
Pop on a roof deck alloy rails and wood boards recycling as much as you can will look cool and be a great place to hang out guys . Dave from uk keep it going
I’m a Dad and still have a 57 Belair I bought when I was 16, 40 years ago. When I read your comment I could hear one of my boys saying it. I hope you keep you Dad’s car in the family after he’s gone.
My grandad had a few, my favorite was the 150 but his Belaire was super cool super clean and in its final days had 502 nested in it, and good grief it was fun to drive
Hi Steve what a classic and your right about the hard top versus the post cars my dad was a body man during that time and for forty five years and he would always say he would never buy a hardtop . I guess he saw them after they were in accidents . Can’t wait to see the car when your done with it
Awesome 🚎 Paint it like the Mystery Machine!!Lol👍🚎 Love the 57’s there Gorgeous! Can’t wait to see the convertible finished 🚘 I Love Candy Apple Red, that would be Even more beautiful!!🚘
There is no doubt that Candy Apple Red is the most beautiful color out there. Haven't decided if I will leave the patina or put back the original color. Thanks for saying!
Also too Steve you forgot to mention that they did make a 210 hardtop known as a del Rey or just a 210 hardtop where it had to 210 side trim usually was a 6 cylinder but also was a hardtop.
I found one in Waynesboro Va. in a shed in 1975. Prettiest and I think, the rarest 57 is the 4 door hardtop. The lines of the 4 door had a smoother flow than the 2 door.
On the 210 - if it was a 6 banger, there was no "V" on the hood - that's the brag tag - for having the V-8! You're welcome! Can't wait to see what you end up with on your new baby! The boys did super on the trolley!
Beautiful!!! I absolutely love 57's . My dream car is a 57 nomad. I'm at the point where I would even settle with a 4 door like the one Dan is giving away when he hits 57 thousand subscribers. Love the videos. I'm now a subscriber 👍
Love welder up and there builds, I know a older guy with 3 Nomads in pretty good shape in a garage been sitting there since 98 when I helped push them in there off a trailer he had them shipped from his other house few states away. They are still full of parts and untouched.
That's a pretty cold car there you added to your collection I can't wait to see what you do with it and them boys did a great job with that trolley but I would definitely add a roll out canopy for some shade in between rides
Late 60s in Doylestown PA ,my dad had the prettiest 57 convertible I have ever seen ,black with white top and red interior with the white and black checkers in center of seats ! Never seen one that combination anywhere .sold it for few hundred bucks I was ten and so mad he sold it !
Love your videos, the production quality is the same as your TV show. I'm a few years older than you, you're an amazing Dad who sons like to hang-out with you and clearly are following in your footsteps. You really seem like a guy I would like to hang-out with. As a father of 3 boys I envy that I don't get a chance to see and work with my boys everyday.
Thanks John, I almost hate to see them grow up and leave me but I guess that is what we prepare them for. I like you grab every opportunity I can to hang out with them. For a time they preferred to hang with their friends. I'm happy to have them back for a while until they move on in their lives. Thanks for your comment.

Hi mate, from Australia. Love your videos, the 57 Chevy was my dream car growing up. I'm lucky enough to own a 69 Camaro now, hopefully I'll get my hands on a 57 Chevy one day. 👍
Love that trolley🤘🏻🤘🏻 I’d get some bright white lights for all the lighting and then do something for the wheels.. maybe run polished or powder coated blanks with just the bolt pattern cut out or something badass like that🤷🏼♂️ either way super dope 🤘🏻💥
You nailed it with saying them kids are gonna make memories with that thing and thats what lifes about!
Steve I can remember when my dad used to do the same things with me I'm 45 now and I'm sure your kids are going to remember this stuff for the rest of their life to awesome dad way to go man

The new intro is sick, awesome seeing your boys on the channel, now you gotta bring your dad on and show all the generations of welder.
Hey Steve, God bless you for thinking about the kids ! They will never forget the comrodery and your ideas are obviously influencing their lives ! They are so lucky to have someone who gets it . By the way, I've got " hemroid " patch on my biker jacket . I relate .
LOL, it's a terrible nickname but you and I must have been a pain.
The sound of that door closing on the 57 is amazing.
So glad that the one time I travelled to America I got to see the Welderup showroom and met Dan.
Glad you made it in and had a great time!
I like how the trolley turned out. At first I didn't really get what they had planned for it. But with it mostly complete I can see it has potential. That’s awesome 👏 it looks like it would be cool to chill with you guys !

My grandad had a few, my favorite was the 150 but his Belaire was super cool super clean and in its final days had 502 nested in it, and good grief it was fun to drive

Add a roll out shade canopy to the side to relax outside the trolley in between trails.
Nice bike hauler!!! Add a roof top a/c unit and some lights. Cool 57 Chevy convertible!!!! Hope you make a video showing you getting the 57 running .
What an amazing find... congratulations brother
Also too Steve you forgot to mention that they did make a 210 hardtop known as a del Rey or just a 210 hardtop where it had to 210 side trim usually was a 6 cylinder but also was a hardtop.

Cool car, good luck with it. I grew up calling them fins not wings.
I've been after a 1957 Chevy Convertible since 1986. My dream car. Still want 1.
Beautiful!!! I absolutely love 57's . My dream car is a 57 nomad. I'm at the point where I would even settle with a 4 door like the one Dan is giving away when he hits 57 thousand subscribers. Love the videos. I'm now a subscriber 👍

The new intro is Sweetness! Great video. Makes me wanna move to Vegas.
Beautiful car.I wish I had the money to buy one as beautiful as that.
Needs a Keggerator! Haha 😄 For the Cold Snacks !
What about taking a ramp from a moving truck and fabricating it to work for them as the loader on the trolley? I’d bet you could find one in a scrap yard somewhere cheap.
Keep up the awesome work and have fun!
Great project
Nice find great car
great work lads ultimate hauler good job out door kitchen trailer
Rad! Best dad award! 🧡
Yes your right 💯 any time they tried to copy something they screwed it up.Old met to last not built with crap. Like now, keep up the good work love the show 👍🏁🚬😷✌️

Hi mate, from Australia. Love your videos, the 57 Chevy was my dream car growing up. I'm lucky enough to own a 69 Camaro now, hopefully I'll get my hands on a 57 Chevy one day. 👍
My grandpa had a 57 bel air and I still remember riding in the front seat with him when I was around 5. I am 60 now. Good old days..
Also my best memories with my Dad in his 57 Chevy Bel Air. Sierra Gold and Ivory. My Grandpa had a 56. Loved it too!
Thanks for watching!
The one he drives I love that 57! Has to be my new fav car .
I love your cars bro. Specially this green truck. Daaamn cool

Power pack option(4 bbl carb) gave you gold emblems.
