Yes it works exactly like that, turns on/off with the key/ignition of the vehicle

Can someone tell me how I see videos and pictures on the radio ??
I can not see ... I have already put it in various formats and nothing! In some formats I hear the sound but it does not give the video!

Make sure the e-brake input sees a ground signal to get around the video image lock (for safety)

Does it connect to phone on startup or do you have to connect it yourself every time?

you can have it set too auto connect to your phone, i have this unit..make sure you have it set to sharing contacts as well, you`ll have to do that manually the first time as its preset not too.

No not on this radio, that is a feature on radios with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto

I know you probably won’t see this but I have bought a car which has this , is there away to get the steering wheel controls to work alongside it ?

You will need a steering wheel control adapter like the Axxess AXSWC or the ADS-MSW.

+mike jakober its actually shallower than a regular double din headunit, the heights is the same so it can be an actual double din unit and fit a 6.1" touchscreen
