Lovely interview. I was in Alberta last week.. made a trip just for heartland and visited a few of the filming locations including Maggies dinner.
unfortunately there was no filming going on there.
I loved the church where Lou got married. I live in texas but my heart is now in Alberta. Such a beautiful place.

Piece of trivia: Anna Ferguson once appeared opposite Jessica Steen (aka Lisa Stillman) in an episode of a little ‘80s show called _Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future_ . Anna played a doctor trying to assist people afflicted with a fast-spreading illness, and Jessica’s character must infiltrate their enemy’s base to get components for a vaccine. I sometimes wonder if they even remember doing that.

See if Steen remembers that Trotter was _also_ once on that _Captain Power_ series as a character named Colonel Vivian (or "Colonel Vi") in an episode called "Wardogs".
