What a pity that kind of entertainment is not in fashion anymore. Producers and directors change so much, whether it is the period of the opera/operette or the content-it just does not work. Other than the present company impresario, Dagmar Schellenberger always at her best in public this version is not memorable for wavering between a musical and an operetta with not top voices and mediocre stage presence
