Bring me the Horizon performance of "Doomed" at the Royal Albert Hall is amazing and with a live orchestra really really different something you should definitely check out.... It's beyond impressive
It can be interpretred that way definietly. Oli himself however said it's more about society as a whole: Objectively speaking we live in a very violent economic and political system. Still most of us think that this is the best we can have. We are conditioned to accept society's violence and suffering, as if like we are in a giant cult.
So I'm pretty sure it's about us being gaslit by people in authoritative roles and allow them to pretend they're helping us while they're really torturing us. It's why they mention smiling while they pull your teeth. You smile because you believe while they put you through a ton of pain😊
Its fanatstic to see someone react to the song how i did. Watching the video for the first time, its so visual and its easy to be absorbed into it. My music isnt popular, but you could react to it if you liked. 😊

To me this is a continuation of the hatred and exposure of the hypocrisy of religion
