It all depends on if you use it if you monetise your video (if not and if it’s just for a personal project, it should be fine :) but I believe the first step is always to let the artist know and ask him for permission 😊 In terms of restrictions, it depends on the country - I think some music is restricted in specific places I hope this helps !
