    I put an RX 570 into an equivalent HP from the time, the xw6600, and 1080p 60 is doable. It can also run some modern games quite well if they can run on such old instruction sets.

      Turn off System Memory Testing in the BIOS. It's also shown in the video at 10:10

    can the dell poweredge 840 run normal verisons of windows like windows 7 ultimate and windows 7 home premuim?

      Yes it can, but it's going to have the same problems shown in the video (except video driver crash). A server OS would be better

      No, because that computer has very little extra software to explore, and it doesn't have a special recovery feature or partition or disks (it's just the standard "Reset this PC" feature in Windows 10)
