We filmed this video through Zoom during Online Mindfulness Retreat at Deer Park Monastery, California (Oct 21-25, 2020 ). Practice This Qigong will help you to Cleanse Blood in the body, generate a smooth circulation flows inside the body, calm mind and body, eliminate the chronic illness and prevent a lot of disease. You can apply this Qigong Daily Routine in the Morning or in the Afternoon during Exercise time. Practice this Set of Qigong by Barefoot and Repeat each Movement 21 times. Thank you so much! I am 76 and have a bit of high blood pressure. At one point last week, my pressure was 195/110...rather alarming. I found Br Insight's qigong for Blood Cleanse, and went through one whole sequence. After a brief rest, my blood pressure was 126/83--truly miraculous! I follow this routine every day and have completely controlled my blood pressure without meds! So appreciative to Br. Insight!
I practice Thay exercise everyday. I am grateful everyday. I check my BP based on master Do Duc Ngoc. For your age range 60+ your BP criteria is 130-140/80-90/70-80. It depends when you measure the BP, before you eat, after you eat, your left arm or your right arm. The left arm is connected to your stomach and the right arm is connected to your liver. You would expect different readings before and after your meals or exercises. Before you eat your left arm reading if the first number should be lower than after you eat when the stomach is full. The reverse is on the right arm. Your liver has to work harder before you eat to prepare your stomach to secrete and lower after you eat. When you don't see the right trend or transformation you can tell your stomach or liver is not working right. You can read into lots of problems with the BP readings. It's not the lower the better. The ranges are different for different age groups and depending of your meal and exercise time. If the second number is high it means that you have not digested your food so you can fast or eat a salad. It it is low, you eat richer food like beets, steak or pho. If your third number , the heart eat is low, you exercise faster or you breathe in long and breathe out long. If it is high, you breathe in short and exhale very slowly and long. That's why you want check your BP before and after your meals, your exercises to see the transformation. It's also very important to check your glucose level before you exercise. It is another chapter. To put people under medication when you get to the doctor s office not knowing if your body were at rest, full or hungry is a crime.

Thank you so much Br Insight! I am in remission from stage 3 Ovarian cancer and I have had constant body pain since my chemo treatment. As the medics don't believe the pain is associated with my chemo treatment, or anything really, I have had to find a solution to this constant pain. I spent some time in China studying the language and remembered all the fantastic qigong, tai chi etc that went on there, so looked online hoping to find something that could help me. The day after I tried your video, my pain started to go. I now do your routine EVERY MORNING, and the results are phenomenal!! I am mostly pain free, and if I miss out one day, it starts to return...I cannot thank you enough for putting your videos out and helping people like me for free. After cancer, people usually don't have any money left to pay for anything due to the fact they have been out of work etc. so thank you for making them freely available. This is so wonderful. I tell everyone about your videos because I have benefitted so much from them - thank you.

I have Lupus for almost 30 years and suffering a lot from poor blood circulation in my hands and feet from Raynaud connection It’s very common in Lupus Also aches and pains in joints and body causing from inflammation in the body My hands always turned white then purple, I could see through all veins in my hands are very dark and lot of numbness Year after the conditions just getting worse and worse It’s harder and harder to warm up and get the blood flow again in my hands especially after washing my hands each time in winter. For a very long time I had interested in something like this at a exercise and believe it would help with my condition Always admires seeing the elderly people practicing In the park very early in morning and thinking they must be practicing this kind of exercise in their entire life so beautiful to watch, it seems to be so peaceful also. But back then not everyone had a computer or internet at home to be able to learn lot of things from the internet. In my mind always thinking how can I learn all those movements and practice every day like them. To get a better health and with luck I might cure myself from all my suffering. Excited I've found a new qigong instructor! I love the combination of flows and the end massage is great. I only wish he would mirror the right and left because with the more detailed flows I get frustrated and a bit lost trying to adapt and coordinate with the breathing.
Thankyou I enjoyed this so much. I've been doing yoga in which I can lie down more & I'm glad I can lie down in qi gong as I'm 83 & my legs hurt after too much standing. So I do combine the two & find it so beneficial. All good & great things are one in the end!

I am familiar with some moves and now I understand those have something to do with blood cleansing. After doing, I am more relaxed and focused. Can't thank you enough for doing this to all of us.
