Deriving the critical inductance value for the buck converter. The selection of the inductor value above or below the critical inductance value determines if the buck converter operates in continuous conduction mode, boundary conduction mode, or discontinuous conduction mode.

Is the value of Lcrit in Henrys or uH? Say if Zload = 333ohms, Vin = 12v and we need to be 5v. 12-5/2(.015) = 233.3 henrys or uH?
