I got a TN this year for the first time and I've been loving it to journal and commonplace since i usually dont. It feels nice and tiny but not as huge as my hobonichi which I tend to chunk up. Your haul looks super nice and I've been loving seeing how everyone is doing their set ups. Your spreads are also gorgeous!
That’s nice! I quite like that you can go through TN inserts quite quickly so you don’t have to hold yourself back from sticking things in because of the bulk. Thank you!
ooh im excited to see this! i won't be getting anything hobonichi until the spring release but i'm living vicariously c: just a heads up, the hobonichi weeks is still the original tomoe river, the weeks and the plain notebooks dont switch over until the spring release (it's a little confusing!)

With the weekly in the a5 hon/ cousin - I turn mine sideways so it’s a wide space to write instead and that way you could do highlight of the day/ dream keeping/ gratitude daily things you’re grateful for etc 🥰 I’m going to search and see if you have a common place video because I really want to adopt that system but don’t know where to start!! Xx
i got the same a6 hon and i got the another night of falling star sparklers weeks. i’m planning on using the hon’s hourly section to track my wake time, sleep, and what time i eat my meals because my sleeping and eating schedules are kind of bad and maybe tracking it and physically writing it out will help me improve my habits 🥲 and beside the secret line i’ll just do daily journaling! hoping i can keep up with it since the a6 is pretty small 🤞🏼

OMG you ordered EXACTLY what I want from Hobonichi! (But I’d like the HON in A5) I’m still giving myself some time to be 100% sure that’s what I NEED. Also the retailer in Germany doesn’t have the HON so I might end up ordering from Japan…if ever the notebooks are still available… I love the notebooks so much ❤

@pippikrumeluss5167 I know. I was so happy when I found them I wanted to order right away. But they don’t have the botanical HON in A5. So now I’m waiting patiently for the restock in Japan for the English version. Maybe this is good for my pocket anyway 😂😂😂

I tried it with a notebook I have and I think you might but it’s definitely going to be a squeeze, the cover on cover fits prettily snugly around the HON itself already😬
I believe they already had all of the products that will go out on the 1st of October for preorder with the September launch, so maybe they’re not doing an October restock and they’ll just so another in November(?)🤔 until then I will be ✨waiting✨ to get the have a nice day cover ahah

Just to clarify, the weeks will actually not have the Sanzen paper until the Spring edition comes out. The HON will have the new paper though.

If you just want the have a nice day cover, you can use it with any old A5 notebook, or the Hobonichi A5 notebooks if you want.

In Germany the shop LUIBAN does sell the HONs, although it doesn’t have the Tomitaro Makino one atm. Maybe this helps.

Love the haul and love Stilo. FYI, Weeks is the only one still using old TR paper this year. All the white paper planners are using Sanzen. 😊

You can also just stick the pocket on the front of the Hobonichi, a lot of people do that. Doesn't have to go on the back.
