If Alex moves to middleweight, DDP will lose the belt. If DDP moves to light heavyweight, he will lose the fight but he keeps the middleweight belt. It makes sense to move up
Alex is way too big to ever make 185 again, and if for some miracle he does, he’s going to be so drained fight day that dricus could probably even ko him stiff. 50 pound weight cut isn’t something to scoff at.
