Thank you! I dicovered his piano music through Mozart's letters. He wrote a letter to his dad where he recommended these pieces to his sister. It made me curious, so I ordered a book of his pieces. They're all really fun to play.:-)
@@marcus8258this is just happening to me too! I bought a book of Mozart’s translated letters and discovered this composer through them too!! So wonderful :) love your playing of them!!

Wonderful interpretation!
I hadn't heard of Myslivecek before. How did you discover his music?

@@marcus8258 How interesting! I always love discovering new music (to play and to listen).
I'm the same. You might want to check out the IMSLP. It's full of scores that are free to download. I've discovered a lot of hidden gems on there!
@@marcus8258 Thanks for the suggestion. I usually go to IMSLP when I already know what I'm looking for, but next time I'll explore some new scores.

Strange. I have the feeling that I can find more melodic ideas in one small Mysliveček's Rondo than in some one-hour symphonies by some other authors.
Agreed! He was an excellent composer:-)
