Lucy Thomas is the one and only and sings with her sister Martha from time to time. You are not wrong. There is no other Lucy Thomas, singer, or any other singer as talented as she is. This particular song is one of my very favorites as it highlights just how versatile and talented she is. Lucy is truly captivating. No matter what song you choose to hear, you will not be disappointed.

This particular performance by Lucy really highlights her versatility and adaptability. Her ability to slip into a roll and play with the song is genius. This song is an iconic jazz classic from way back and if you are going to take it on you are going to want to make sure that you do justice you it. Lucy definitely hits that brief. Tell me that she’s not a on e in a generation talent and I’ll tell you you are wrong. This gals is a superstar of singing.

This Lucy Thomas DOES have a 5 year 8 month younger sister Martha that she duets with on occasions !!! Hello CVTE, this young lady is so very special, one of her best, she has a sister called Martha & they are the best singing duet sisters in the world, you have already reacted to them. Lucy has a sister named Martha who is five years younger and whom she sings with in a growing number of duets. There is however another set of singers out there called "The Thomas Sisters" whom they may be confused with. When Lucy and Martha snig together it is always as Lucy and Martha. And they are the best.

Lucy has the best pop voice I've ever heard. Karen Carpenter and Linda Ronstadt have been my number 1 & 2 respectively for the last several decades, but Lucy edges them out in my book.

She shapes her voice to the type of music. When she sings country "10,000 Hours" it sounds different than Jazz "At Last", Rock "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" and Theatre as this release. Lucy Thomas as you reviewed here lists the releases with her sister as Lucy and Martha.

There is a duo called the Thomas Sisters, who perform songs. The Lucy Thomas you have reacted to here is primarily a solo artist who occasionally performs duets with her younger sister, who only sings part time.
Both are the best.
Lucy can sing and perform any type of song. Here, it is a jazzy, sexy song.
But she can be "rock" as in : I do not want to miss a thing.
She can be "country" as : 10000 hours , or "religious" as : Mary did you know.
She can be " hippies " as : a whiter shade of pale.
But for sure she can strike our souls with inspiring songs as : " bridge over trouble waters" or " footprint on the sand" or " wind beneath my wings".

Hi ya - great reaction. Just to set the record straight like so many before me. There is a 'group' called the Thomas Sisters, BUT they are NOT Lucy and Martha. This Lucy DOES have a sister Martha and they have performed about 9 duets over the years. I think you have reacted to them a couple times already. It can be very confusing trying to differentiate between Lucy & Martha and the Thomas Sisters - two separate entities. Hope this clears this confusion up a little. Stay safe and healthy!

This Lucy Thomas has a sister 5 years eight months younger called Martha whom duets with her twice a year Lucy is now 20. They is a group called the Thompson sisters and i have seen another singer called Lucy Thomas mentioned but Haven't listened to her. But the names Lucy and Thomas are common so not surprising someone else is called by it
