with the scaffolding, you think they will be working on the cladding, covering the joints up?? Also, it looks like they're maybe putting more seed down, did you see the tractor

It could be scaffolding for inside the stadium, could be painting ceilings or something
They seem to have painted the roof black under the barrel sections on the west side
