Unique style of dosa made in shape of a pan so that the inside can be stuffed with different fillings. All their dosa are made in ghee. The masala filling inside the dosa is very simple yet delicious and the dosas are crisp and crunchy, but the best part is the tangy tomato chutney. Mulbagal Dose, is from a town in the Kolar district called Mulabagilu, situated near the state border with AP. ("Mula" means corner and "Bagilu" means door/entrance)

Lovely .... I had them last time I was in Bangalore ... not at this place but another location .... They are very nice .... I love the dosas in Karnataka .... CTR, MTR and ofcourse these mulbagal dosas .... Saw some comments on getting heart attack ..... Toomuch of eating outside is not good .... but eat outside and excersise .... burn fat .... nothing will happen
Europeans consume good quantity of fat and oil but still live a longer life. Its because they excersise.... so its more about the lifestyle .... Having a dosa like this once in a while is perfectly fine according to me ....
