There are a couple more brick arches along the coast. The ones i have seen were blind. I thought that one was too but maybe I haven't been to that one. Perhaps dressed stone from the Germans with the proximity to the Aquarium workings. Plenty of footage of the anchor on my channel, we've used it for search and recovery training quite a bit.
Yer there is and it’s clad in granite which does hide it quite well. I’m sure it’s only an over flow and doesn’t get used very often. I have dived the concrete outlet many moons ago. 👍🏻

What amazing history Guernsey has! Perhaps to do with the fort or even from the days of privateering?
We have been told its a lime kiln from the late 1700's early 1800's for building the large Napoleonic Forts above. Great history 😄

I did show a little bit of it a few videos ago but it was full of fisherman so I only filmed the outside. I will do an inside one for you 😉👍🏻
