Coffee roll cake for Tray Dimension: 13*17 inches (45cm*33cm)

- 5 egg yolks
- 40gr of sugar
- 40gr canola oil
- 80 gr of cake flour
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 5 white eggs
- 40gr of sugar
Coffee butter cream:
- 4 tbsp of warm water
- 5 tbsps of instant coffee
- 1 lb of unsalted butter
- 1 can of condensed milk
Chocolate frosting:
- 2 tbsps of chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of milk
