Happy to say I am the proud owner of all 10 books. Picked up a FF5 for a steal about 1 month before the RDJ announcement and couldnt be happier. I will say tracking my PC value pretty much every other month, I am seeing a slight trend where sub-$1000 keys are dropping in value while higher end books seem to be slightly increasing in value. Definitely seeing the compression between grades that Guru mentioned.

People still love 252, it sells for about a $1000 so a more valuable book. If all the attention falls on SW #8 and 252 drops further and further that may create an opportunity to pick it up for a good price in the near future, in my opinion.

It’s shocking to me how soft Jim 83 can sometimes become. I have seen it spike and drop repeatedly through the decades. One of my favorite 1st App covers for a major cover in the Marvel Silver Age.
In the early '60s you could have bought ALL of the Marvel first issues IN MINT for just over a buck... TOTAL: FF#1, Hulk#1, TTA#27, AF#15, ASM#1, JIM#83, TOS#39, Avengers #1, X-Men#1, Daredevil #1, ST#101,110, Sgt Fury#1 .... BARGAIN!!
Tec 58 is terrible. If they had the 1st page on the cover it would be a more monster key then it already is. DC was terrible about capitalizing with great 1st app. covers through the early GA.
I try and I try to like Ditko Spider-Man, but I just can’t seem to convince myself. Especially when I see the difference in dynamic styling the moment, Romita enters the scene with ASM 39.
Ditko was unique with his style of drawing , I thought it was really special simple & effective, I love spider man no.1 cover I can't understand why some people don't, everyone has their views I suppose but I just can't see how they can disregard this iconic comic with this observation

I know it's just me and maybe it's an old guy thing, but I don't get the love for SW#8. The run was an advert for a toyline and Spider-Man got the suit from a vending machine.
I disagree that SW8 is going up due to Venom. The trailer sucked and beyond being the first symbiote suit it has nothing to do with venom. If anything ASM300 would spike.
70's Horror DC is doing pretty well right now like Wrightson covers, I think there is lot's of minor key comics out there with longevity un tapped.@@stormshadowctf
