So excitedddd omgggg! Basically she is a small town girl with small dreams and life. Even her conversations are very close knit like 'oh my mom got me jewellery and i didnt wear it oh keep those flowers properly they must not get damaged' etc The biggest event in her life is marriage which tells us a lot about her character. This movie is basically about opening her doors to the outside world So her wedding is a typical Delhite wedding where everyone is dancing to death you dont get to see that in Maharashtrian weddings traditionally
I love it when Achara & Syntell do the reaction reviews ! Syntell keeps it funny and light initially & Achara is all in the moment, emotional and things go humming along and then bam when the movie ends, Syntell unlocks the sage mode and dishes out deep insights, philosophical moorings and becomes the therapist you wish you had. Love this combo !!!
Her style of speaking is exactly the style of Indian middleclass scared person. Everything she says every word is a word of a least confident anxious person. Some of her style of speaking cracks up the Indian audience. Especially when they hear some middle class and silly but innocent statement in an Old Delhi accent. And you should never do the same genre back to back it doesn't give you those surprise elements and that feeling. You shouldn't do this reaction just after doing English Winglish, you also came to watch the film thinking this is similar to English Winglish so all those things kills the vibe
When this movie released, I hated the second half of it. I was loving this movie but… Don’t know what happened after that. I was 24 back then life Was a living hell… Job issues, family stuff, health issues, depression, you name it. Eight years passed. Today all I can say is I Love this movie! I’m no more surprised what time can do to a person. It changed every thing. Today, I can’t say I have every thing I wanted, but all I can say is, “dhund lenge hum kinaare!” ☺️ Peace out.

Guys after this you need to watch "tanu weds manu returns" kangana's performance in that movie is just exceptional. If you want to watch master at the craft then you should check that out. She has double role in it and she is unrecognizable. The movie was also one of the most successful female led hindi movie of all time. Its worth it

Movies like gangs of wasseypur, udaan, swades, lagaan, a wednesday, mother india, aanand, black friday, chak de, lunchbox ,tumbadd are some of the movies i consider masterpieces. but queen has a cinematic magic to it with one of the most extraordinary story telling i've seen on a bollywood movie with brilliant performances by everyone. The movie is very well crafted. hence i standby my words and i think queen does deserve to be listed amongst them.
