We from the south in the United States always take bacon grease and put a good coating on the outside of the sweet potato before wrapping in foil to bake. That way the skin comes up easier. I was always aware of my strength, endurance and motivation, now that I’m older it’s what I miss the most. Over twenty years of remolding and landscaping I created more than I can take care of on my own. So, I sold my home and now I’m in a more suitable size home for me. The soil looks very fertile? Is all those big bamboos a problem where you live? Are they invasive? can you burn bamboo in your oven? Do they burn easy and give some heat? Your wreath went very nice!! I like the same type, so I am always making them both in the autumn and to christmas. Only change the flowers and autumn-colored leafs with red berries and cones. You are very artistic!! Real butter on a baked potato is very tasty, try!! (not melt it first, let it melt on the potato).

子供が小さかったころ、落ち葉焚きという晩秋の行事に出かけた時に持参したのは、まさに濡れ新聞紙とアルミホイルに包まれたお芋。銀杏とかもね。食べた後は落ち葉のプールにダイビング（笑）してましたね。

今年も薔薇の実やマンリョウの赤い実で私もリースを作りました。
