You remind me that my dad started in 1953 dry setting volcanic boulders from the hillsides near the home he built for our family. When he finished he had 250 feet of walls that remain today. A pry bar, peeve, shovel and wheel barrow were his tools.

Gwin reminds me so much of our cat. She would follow us everywhere and always wanted attention. She had been abused badly before we got her, and I think Gwin is the same. Always craving attention that she missed when she was younger. Animals are so loving and I don’t understand when people hurt them, neglect them, or abuse them. Please give Gwin a hug for me, or maybe two.

How true. I love being in my small garden and all aspects of maintaining it. I've known to stay out there working long past dark, being pestered by my spouse to stop and come inside. I once dug an entire section for french intensive double digging but it gave me a bad back because I did not honor my body to stop and rest. Nevertheless, the work was therapeutic and cathartic, and on many levels, it gave me which gave wonderful results that lasted me many years.

Yes , How are you doing now! I get that in a very close way! I am an artist in different disciplines, i have had many of my projects go in a beautiful schemes,patterns, colors, and materials to meet the clients criteria. My passion is the work itself, and my vision to make it exist! Many nights, for many years that i have given to my art, i understand the physical drive it takes to finally get home, and drop in bed with nothing left in my being, then wake the next day to only do it again! So, our creative souls have to be paced, treated, and watched as we create! This drive we have has limits! We creators are rare birds, like birds, we are a part of a flock, then, at times we solo. It is what makes us happy! You, and the animals that love you, make a statement about what makes you special, as you create! Keep creating! Peace!

I look up to Mr. Hiroshi Yagyu the owner of the "Yatsugatake Club" and his son, Mr. Shingo Yagyu, as my spiritual teachers. They have created a natural and beautiful garden by skillfully using plants and stones that are native to the area. They are humble and do not seek to be worshipped. I hope to be like them.

A set of hand trucks or dollies would be helpful to move those rocks. Be careful doing such hard heavy work.
