Tyrion was extremely lucky to move out scathed. Seeing what dragons did to strangers in HOTD things could have turned bad very quickly.
True though it's suggested dragons are very intelligent in-universe so likely remembered he helped their mother + understand the not eating the help line so left him un-roasted.

Dragons at the battle of the stepstones, battle of rooks rest, the red sowing, the death of lucerys, yes, so underused. We haven't gotten to the dance yet, next season you'll be screeching they're used too much and there's no story.

people are surprised by the small size of the syrax because in the books she was described as a huge and ferocious beast.
@@lanlingmocker ??? She's described as "spoiled" and lazy lol , never hunted for herself , she lived in captivity her whole life , she didn't do anything of significance in the dance ,
@@trevorwinn5012 The book clearly states that Syrax and Caraxes are "two huge beasts." So it's no wonder people don't like the fact that Syrax looks like a dwarf next to Caraxes.
@@Aleks-ti8vy In episode 1 Alicent tells Rhaenyra that Syrax is almost as big as Caraxes and in episode 2 on the bridge at Dragonstone they are close in size , but after Rhaenyra had kids it says in the book Syrax didn't do much and was spoiled , pampered , and kept caged most of the time , while Caraxes roamed more freely
@@trevorwinn5012Read the books lol. Here is the description of the Syrax from the book: "a huge and formidable beast, a female." The fans came up with the idea that Syrax is spoiled and lazy. Absolutely all dragons lived in "confinement" and absolutely all dragons did not hunt themselves (except wild dragons). Just because Syrax didn't participate in the battles doesn't mean she couldn't participate. Her rider didn't force her to fight and be cannon fodder.

wonder why they were all wyvern types and no other types of dragons were born like drakes or actual 4 legged dragons.
Because the idea of dragons and wyverns was popularized by dnd, but in reality what defines a "dragon" is very loose. Each culture has their own definition of a dragon, some with six legs and some with four (sometimes more). Plus, GRRM opted for four legs because no flying creature that large has more than that.
Because every author depicts dragons as they want. In ASOIAF Dragons are huge fire-breathing creatures that have four limbs like any irl animal would have (not counting insects). Wyvern are another type that are smaller and doesn't breathe fire. It is said that Valyrian blood mages created dragons by combining Wyverns and Fire-Wyrms.
