That second battle was very frustrating, but I think very typical of quite a few of the matches I've played, where most of the players are either unfamiliar with the map itself or are hopelessly incompetent. However, the victory at the end reminded me of the saying, "even blind squirrels can find the occasional acorn". Glad I didn't push the VZ line of heavy tanks. They don't seem to be very well armored considering how slow they are at moving.
Actually the vents do increase your speed, as they increase the maintaining speed on all terrains, however, it's around 2-3% difference than going with hardening, so not that much of a difference

Hey Claus - Absolutely! Really enjoy this format - your own games, as they occur, no cherry-picking. Hey - I don't play heavies very often, er, hardly ever. But watching these matches had a question - the TVz 51 has only a 2-shot autoloader with a 28.76 reload time for 3.81 rds/min. I picked a similar Russian T9 hvy, Obj257, which is a single shot but reloads in 12.46 secs for 4.81 rds/min. If you're going to push out in the van like that is the single shot with a higher rate of fire better than that really long reload after only 2 shots??
Like the live game play. You play like a lot of us. Just drive around and not sure where to go. I've been doing the light missions again and they are just brutal. Lights are so horrible in this new meta as every medium can do just about everything a light can do but better. And everyone on your team thinks you are invisible to the enemy and should be able to just park yourself 100m from the enemy and spot everyone! So you get yelled at a lot. Good thing no team damage anymore!
for lights to work, you have to refuse the temptation to shoot on many of the maps, spotting should come first in early play then contribute later, if you play aggressive and yolo around you get taken out quick especially on camp in a bushka maps, there are some mediums that work for spotting and flanking, i only play lower tier lights because I suck in them and I can't resist shooting if i try passive scouting
I Prefer more live gameplay Claus . I understand the need to show other players games to give them props on a well-played or even 1 in a lifetime game, I love watching the replay videos that players have more discipline in their gameplay than I do (with better results).
Either be fast brawler on city maps or be an accurate sniper on open country maps... Choose your piece of chocolate. Claus. Most players don't know the map either... They're just sightseeing until somebody spots a squirrel...

You never use the dedicated slots? Like rotation in the speed slot and vents in the health slot? You could even change the speed slot to a gun handling slot by field mods.

Does WOT MM take in consideration player win rate? It seems after checking stats after a game many teams are high win rate players vs low win rate players? Guest who wins?
The vents add weight, lowering your power to weight ratio. It's all about the HP/Weight. Increased hardening doesn't seem to add weight to the tank when used in the game. It might be a glitch.
The match at minute 35:00 was Great to watch. 😂😂 ending. But imagine you hav 4 kids and maybe have 1 hr of your week to log in and play, and you get WG special delivery 7 or 8 consecutive ROFL stomps in your tier 10 US tank. That is a typical gaming experience lately 😂😂😂.

@@ivansoric7820read the info from WoT. Turbo doesn't help accelerate. It gives you 4kph more top speed. Directly from the equipment description in the garage: "Increases vehicle traverse speed and improves acceleration". "Improves acceleration" means you accelerate faster.
