29:33 Nxf6 is fine - ignore what the engine says, but after Qxf6 you should go Bd3! Most players around this rating won't see your threat and will do something silly like Bd6 and after Bg5 you trap the Q.
After Bd3 they would have to lose time - h6 to stop Bg5. Then just go Qe2, Be3orf4, castles long and g4
