I have read the testimony of Legend Edmund Hillary. He and his partner ascend Mt Everest in 1953. After descending, his words were, “Don’t go there”. Over 300 laid there. Hope they will make it. Wish them good luck.
Wow. That’s brave for them to do that. I went to Rocky Mountains park and I reached over 10,000 feet and I had hard time breathing. Colorado have over 50 places with 14,000 feet. Everest is 28,000 feet. I wish them good luck and survive the whole thing.
I would recommend you to get the Choose Your Adventure: Mountain Everest book to better understand how climbers prepare for the journey to Mountain Everest. Anyway, I do not support this journey these two people are undertaking because climbers and others think their biggest challenge is climbing Mountain Everest. But in reality, their biggest challenge is to work on themselves to inherit Heaven. Many people have climbed Mt. Everest and died there who did not work on saving their soul. Everyone has their figurative Mt. Everest that’s more worthy of their time and energy to summit where they can save their soul.
