That’s what these producers want, they make beats that say free so ppl can make a song with the beat, but if your song were to ever blow up the producer could sue you and take all the money the song makes, even though it says free in the title.

@@psychopath6731it’s free for profit bro that means if u want to use the beat without it getting copyrighted, you gotta get the rights to the beat from the producer. looked it up n it said “If you haven't obtained a license, even if what you're doing is for free or even a charity, then they can sue you”, so if you use a free for profit beat and it says in the description that I can’t uploaded without the lease or whatever than you can still get into legal trouble if the song you made with the beat ever gets big.
