Thanks for watching! What are your thoughts on the Dyson Hot + Cool Fan Heater?
Tinker Forward does work as a cooling fan? I mean does it actually cools down the temperature in a warm room?
Thanks for informative review. it really helped to understand its pros and cons.
@@AurisN Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@TinkerForward Hope you will like some videos of mine about Lithuania.
I couldn't find any specifications for the power consumption, would you know the KWpH at say 15c or 20c?
*This fan is everything I wanted in a desk fan and more. It looks great for **Fastly.Cool** my room , it puts out a wonderful amount of air. Is very easy to use.I just keep it plugged in.*
Glad you like it!
Well, thank you! I have had this unit for welll over a year, use it every single day, and love it! However, the remote sticking to the top magnetically irritated me as it is always falling off, so naturally I deemed that useless....until this video. I never ever tried it face down until I just saw it here...PERFECT, sticks like it should. Thanks for "refining" me!
I have had mine for a couple of years now and it is still going strong. As a cooling fan I find it pretty useless but as a heater it's excellent.
10 minutes and i still don't know if this is any good at heating up or rooms or as an ac unit for rooms during summer. What's the point of a review without testing of the main reasons people might want or not want the item?
Great video. Could have been an idea to turn off the music in the beginning so it's easier to identify the noise it makes.
Thanks for your feedback, I'll keep that in mind for future videos I make.
Perfect. I just ordered one from QVC ( for $283.00) so this is really helpful! Thanks👍🏼
You will LOVE IT! I am trying to justify another one...that price did in fact go up today, well, midnight I guess, so that stops me...LOL
@@HappierHeadstones ...thanks, Gena, HSN has also been selling these, you can check them out as well🥰
I just purchased one from QVC a couple days ago for $300.00 as the today's special. Yours still working and still liking it?
@@sunnycal2293 ....so far so good. From Nov to April I leave it on at the highest setting on my glassed-in porch for my cat and the porch stays comfortable and my cat stays toasty warm. The room would ordinarily be very cold. 👍🏼
@@cattailer1077 Thank you for responding back. That's awesome to know because it is an expensive fan/heater. I have a Dyson vacuum for 10 plus yrs and it's still going strong so I hope I get many yrs with my fan. I have a cat too and adore her😻. Your cat must love her/his cozy warm area.
Okay, so it doesn't actually push cooled air it's just a fan that pushes normal air? It says hot and cold but that seems to be bad marketing
Excellent explanation how it works and how to operate it! Thank you so much
Great in-depth reviewed and on the hidden features of this fan.
Your music makes that we don't hear the terrible noise of the fan
Review good music in background really distracting
Nice looking fan. Cool review
It’s definitely a modern fan. Thanks for stopping by man! I appreciate it!
Is it too noisy to have it in my room?
Can you provide a link to the video you mentioned about putting it to the text in heating your screen room? I can’t seem to find that follow up video. Thank you!
ITS THE BEST FAN
I was gonna buy this until I saw that price tag 😂
at the end of the day how much impact does this make towards your electricity bill?
You have to keep in mind that like all space heaters, the Dyson uses a lot of electricity. So if you're looking to save on your electric bill, you shouldn't have this on all the time. I own one 😯
Is it good or what though at cooling and heating rooms?
Yes, I would recommend it. It cools and heats a room very well!
I need help for my fan
When you were oscillating the fan at the 04 setting was your machine making a “woodpecker” type sound? I can hear the sound when I am standing beside the machine or across the room.
No, I don't remember mine doing that
Good presentation . Dyson fan looks like a work of art . Con. , it is very expensive .
Thanks so much for watching! Yes it’s a great looking fan, not your traditional looking fan.
Background music is annoying. He didn't comment on whether he thought the cool airflow was powerful enough or not.
Does it make a nice when it's oscillating? I couldnt hear over the awful music.
💀
no
Thank you
You are welcome! Thanks for watching!
This Dyson AM09 HOT + COLD is now a VERY EXPENSIVE PAPERWIEGHT 4 years later!!!
H2 errors left and right..
I turn on the heater setting and NO MATTER WHAT SPEED< it's stuck on SPEED 1 (LOW) and then suddenly an HOUR OR 2 later, it will suddenly increase speed... I cannot go passed speed 7 because it will almost instantly go to H2 ERROR.
It's plugged directly into the wall.
I opened it up there and there was HARDLY ANY DUST
Dyson is USELESS and just offered 20% off a brand new one.. But they don't make these anymore so you are stuck with a $1000 purifier....
5 years later
Does it consume a lot of electricity?
It draws 1500 watts of power, which is pretty typical for fans that heat and space heaters. Hair dryers also draw about 1500 watts of power.
You have to keep in mind that like all space heaters, the Dyson uses a lot of electricity. So if you're looking to save on your electric bill, you shouldn't have this on all the time. I own one 😯
hi.. is this bird-safe? is ptfe used for this model? ptfe or any non stick coating is harmful for bird owners.. please advise.. thanks
Not sure, I would advise you to check with Dyson
how many watts ?
It draws about 1500 watts of power
@@TinkerForward Up too 1500 watts when the heater is enabled. Devil is in the detail.
Plz mention the price
Seems like a waste of money
So basically you've told us what we could of read on the Dyson website, how about doing a real world qualitative review????
It cools nothing,i have bought it and returned it imediatly... Expensive fan nothing else...
Spelling is important. Don't disrespect the Dyson ot you may never be rid if it....

What a terrible review!!
Thanks so much for watching! I unbox to show you what comes with the fan, I go through setup so you know how to set it up and go through all the functions of the fan to show you what it's like using it. I also discuss the pros and cons of using it. What else would you like to see that would make this a better review?
Noise factor when sleeping and can it communicate with Annabelle, the mischievous 👿 doll?!!
@@TinkerForward Your absolutely correct. My apology. I had not finished what I had meant. I have this fan and its terrible, but did not mean your review was terrible. Notice this fan loves collecting dust a the inlets, and also heat control phases out after few month and basically only get a sufficient heat at the wide angle setting. Overall Excellent review and next time make sure I proof read before clicking away!!! Stay Strong!!
I have 4 of these and they all are wonderful - I use my Dyson animal to clean mine and it does a excellent job.
Great to hear!
