Pedantic is such a great word… much kinder to oneself than “fussy” and sounds so lovely with your slight accent. 😊 This is a cute link! Thank you for the video.
Hi Marjorie, I don't think I have used the word "fussy" much in my life at all, it's just not a word that comes to mind for me. I like the way "pedantic" sounds LOL. You have me intrigued by saying I have "a slight accent" could you elaborate your meaning a little more for me if you wouldn't mind?
@@marjoriecook7556 It's so funny how people from other countries love the Australian accent, where most Aussies hate it! LOL I think Canadians sound like Americans except for some words like "out and about" to me when you say they words it sounds like you are saying "oot and aboot" hahaha 😂
@@GumnutLaneJewellery depending on which part of the US, there ARE some very different accents (ie Boston, Georgia) but it was when I went to the US for a gather that I discovered my “accent” was a thing. So glad I found your channel.
@@marjoriecook7556 Oh yes, I know there are quite a few different accents in the US. I actually lived there for two years and travelled around in that time! When I said Canadians sound like Americans I was referring to a generalisation of the accent. Apparently the Aussie accent is extremely hard to replicate, I have never heard anyone from outside Australia who has attempted to copy it do it well! Actually they do it really horribly! 🤣I am so glad you found my channel as well, it's always nice to meet new people from all around the world! I hope you have a happy day Marjorie!🌹🌹🌹
Hey Jill, Thank you so much, I really enjoyed creating that piece and I have added you to the FB group! I hope you will share some of your work there!? xx
Hey there Linda, I am sitting here making jewelry and my shirt is soaking wet from sweating. now your show is on show, so I am going to sweat some more 😅😅😅😅s
I would love to learn how to make the pendant you have in the photo. Absolutely beautiful. I like the links, but i really love your components and pendants, i don’t see many tutorials for those
Hi Jolie, I don't have a tutorial for that particular pendant but I do have a couple of pendant tutorials on my Patreon platform and will be adding more in the coming weeks. if you're interested the link to Patreon is below the video in the description area!
Hi Linda ❤ These are absolutely genius! I love them 😍 You’re so clever. Just adore all your work ❤ and I need to know how to make that ring on your right hand! ❤
Hi Sam, thank you so much, as you would probably know it can be hard work coming up with a new tutorial each week that you hope people will like, so I appreciate when people acknowledge that especially when you say I'm a "genius" and you adore all my work!!! Thank you my friendxx I have a tutorial already in my playlist for the ring here is the link ruclips.net/video/6_LEmvLAvXw/видео.html I hope you enjoy it hugs xx

I know what you mean about feeling like you are just wasting wire, but you can always straighten it and use it for something else! I hope you are enjoying what I have been posting on Patreon, there is much more to come in the future! And NO links lol! hugs xx

hey Paula, I am so happy you got your tumbler, now you will be able to see why I love it so much!!! I have mine set at 1 for speed and that gives me a good result, the timer I set depending on what I am tumbling, for a pendant it would depend on what stone or beads you are using in the piece, email me with details of the pendant and I will explain further ok? xx
Hi, nice link, but what a pain to join them. I’ve made them before. But not joined them. If you don’t have these mandrels, there’s a set on Amazon or different websites that give you squares, round, and oval and maybe one other one, they are plastic graduated mandrels but they’re really inexpensive, about $10-$12. It is much easier to make them on that, than on 6 step pliers speeding up the process.
I know it looked like a pain to join them but it's not really, it was just hard trying to hold it at the right angle under the camera. I have the set of mandrels you are talking about and I tried them first, it was impossible for me to wrap the wire around the link without removing it from the mandrel which then distorts the shape of the link and there is no way to join the second link to the first link! But I appreciate the suggestion thank you!
Hi Linda! Checking out this sweet video 😍

@@GumnutLaneJewellery I’m Canadian, so my ears hear an accent - one that I adore! Me? I just sound odd when I say “out” or “about”, apparently.
