I have and always will be a huge fan of Dynasty Warriors (my first was Dynasty Warriors 3 on my PS2 years ago and I've had every one since). That being sad, I am very letdown by the tremendous cut to the roster. So many people will also be let down by this as the giant cast is one of the charms of the Warriors series. Hopefully later games fix this, or we get Dynasty Warriors 10 with much needed improvements from this game.

This looks so good for DW... but I still don't like having to play as Mr. Genericon NPC Silent Protagonist. This is supposed to be mainline, not Empires. Already dreading all the cut characters and weapons that will come with this new installment.
After the dw9 flop, I'm so glad they've taken the open world and battles back to the drawing board. This looks amazing! But so did dw9 and that game flipped hard, so I'm still a little apprehensive.
