He doesn't really have the same kind of innocence as John Stape though. Yes he had a few flashbacks after he killed Leo and then again after he accidentally drugged himself but the drugging of Carla, the covering up of Leo's death, and what he does next week are all calculating. True, he is not as bad as Richard Hillman yet - I'd put him on the same level as Tony Gordon was before he fell in love with Maria.
This just shows that not even a hardworking man like Uncle Stephen can endure Carla's working conditions. Not even Jeff Bezos pushes his staff to these extremes!
