Hmm Stephen lied his way out of that one better than I expected though if he had been a bit cleverer he wouldn't have left the bread behind when he left in the first place. There is only one weak point in his fabrication - the staff at Freshcos would know that he went there the previous day but not early in the morning. He's very convincing though so I don't blame Elaine for believing him. I wonder why Tim confronted him instead of reporting him to the police.
First of all most people want money. Second of all it Geoff. Third of all uncle Stephen is a saint who does his upmost to look after those around him. In his first scene back he saved his mum from certain death. He looks after Elaine, ensuring that she takes her medication and he saved the factory from crazy Carla and stopped it from going bankrupt. Not to mention his amazing good looks. Everyone needs an uncle Stephen in their lives
Andrew Tim strikes again first he was Blatantly misogynistic to his mum and now he's once again saying that she shouldn't be allowed to be with a man as good as Uncle Stephen who truly respects her and Treats her right in Tim's mind wives should be their Husbands property.
