This brings back a VERY tough memory for me. A close colleague at work died of a heart attack. My manager told me as part of the management team but I was not to tell any of the working staff during the day, he waited until the close of shift to tell them all. I had to get through that day with a smile on my face for the customers while trying not to burst into tears. It still hurts thinking about it.

Norris may be a "Pain" but he's nobody's fool. Remember how he knew that Richard Hillman was a "Con" but nobody listened to him. Also, was he the one who was looking at Maxine Peacock who deliberately walked across the Room wearing nothing but a Towel.
