The skill level and obvious love of the game blew me away when I saw the mascots all take off their heads then, as pros, skate circles around little kids, but do it in the EXACT perfect way such that the kids were amazed to see the skills, but still got to actually play the game. Watching the Russian players surprise their fans really shows how how the Russian people are no different then ourselves. Some people seem to forget that in these times, given the leader they currently have. I feel terrible for all the innocent lives being ruined by the current situation, in both Ukraine and Russia
