I think you’re right about the width. I had taxi AJ1, but when I tried a women’s AJ1 they seem to fit a little more narrow, which is what I kinda prefer for hooping.
Keep finding a bunch of colors only in women’s that I really like and I was wondering what’s so different that should be ruling them out? Especially considering I have women’s size feet anyway. Might grab me a pair of wmns and see how they do

I’ve been wanting a pair of black and blue 1s to replace the ones I had when I was in 7th grade in the 80s and now they’re finally on their way thanks to you. So I just wanted to say thank you
@@topshelfsoles I’m a men’s 10.5 so I got them in womens 12. They are a bit roomy so maybe 11.5 would have been better. Because they’re roomy the toe box has this kind of wavy creasing but again I think that’s because they’re a little large. Other than that they might be my most worn sneaker since getting them. I love the way they look - they’re super subtle and chill - classy for a sneaker - go so well with so many outfits - I like to wear blues, greys, blacks, whites and creams. Btw the creasing is not noticeable when I’m wearing them and the leather quality is very nice. Very happy with them

Personally, i've always wondered how women's pair differed from men's in GR releases. This video just puts it all into perspective, thank you Jen. As for this pair, women's release win by far, better leather feel & look specially with the matte finish and the better mystic blue leather.

Hi thanks for your helpful video! Suggestion: since you started out comparing the shoes with the women’s being on the left, it would help if you kept the consistency. Switching up and putting the men’s on the left side mid video was confusing
these never released in GS sizes. jordan brand extended the size range for men and women a few years ago. this pair started in a men’s 3.5 so this is indeed a men’s 5.

You have the best fit advice on these of all RUclips, they might be TTS for some but you can not deny they are bigger than every other jordan, I had to double up insoles because of heel slip 🤷♂️ I’ll know next time 🔥 idk why they put better navy leather on the womens, positive is that the toe box of the mens will never crease ! I bought a bunch of men's pairs and some have tumbled leather and others are more shiny. Nike QC is really inconsistent.

This is not a correct comparison as it’s not a men pair of shoes but a kids pair of shoes. Men shoes don’t exist in size 5, it starts at 7.

it’s okay to admit that you’re new to sneakers. small men’s sizes are usually for women, but don’t hate on guys with small feet, eric.

np and thank you! if you don’t want to use 2 insoles, you can try a heel pad that you apply to the ankle liner.
