I've read this kind of comment since Jessica Jones. He was indeed a brilliant villain. But after Good Omens (I started fangirling so hard) I found he already acted as a psychopathic stalker rapist/murderer before in "Secret Smile". And I'm like "why were people so surprised with his Kilgrave role?". I think he was not yet famous when he made the "Secret Smile", huh? Then I started watching Doctor Who just this month. And I keep seeing the clues of him being an awesome villain. But maybe that's just me because I was introduced to David Tennant by villain roles. You should check out Secret Smile, it's like a younger (and yummier) Kilgrave (not that his yumminess faded years later). There's just something extra seeing a younger David Tennant in a villain role. 😏😉

I love how you made the start of the song from the point of view of Killgrave, but slowly it turns into Jessica's song/point of view! Such a great song. Killgrave is so incredibly evil, but I do feel so very sorry for him. He can't help his upbringing and did try to make Jessica happy in his own way. Although it was for his ow selfish need in the end, but don't we all do almost everything out of selfishness?!

I disagree about the fact that Jessica Jones's show is more "raw and real" compared to Daredevil's show! Kingpin is a way more intimidating character (not to mention he is immune to Kilgrave's power thanks to his great willpower) and the Daredevil's series is way more well written!

It's fun how many people says both " bad parents doen't excuse the villan thing for Killgrave'' and at the same time ignore that she constantly abuse him and finally kills him - and that's all right? So there are some excusable abuse for her and not excusable abuse for him or what? And don't forget - it's not only his parents were abusive, it' also an emptiness of real alive people around him - nobody tell him NO, nobody reaaly loves him. he live in a bubble of people who do everything for him but they're not a humans - they like puppets, moved only when he says to move. And he clearly afraid of people - he has abusive experience in childhood and he afraid of people whom he use to survive.
