Usually listen on spotify but dropped by to say sad to hear about Shakespeare - He was the free kick specialist at Walsall in the 1980s when I first became a football fan as a kid and one of the best Walsall players I can remember. PS. It's only now I've seen the podcast in video form that I've realised that the Luke Moore on the podcast is not the former Villa player!

Probably not. Won in the highest court in Europe and now up against a more incompetent organisation (I know there are some differences)

Where do the fines actually go?. is there a payoff to the fans who were delayed two minutes? or does it go to the marketers who paid for ad time? or does it go to the other team or having to go two minutes overtime?

Thanks for the clickbait title and not getting to the point quickly. Probably won't be listening again.

I still don't get why people think Pep is so good when he has never managed a team not expected to challenge strongly / win the title in the respective league.

To be fair, Pep has won trophies consistently for 15 years. It's not easy to keep winning under the pressure of being favourites every season. If it was we wouldn't see clubs like Bayern and PSG sacking their manager every couple of years.

@@Chris-mi7dy I guess I'm on the cynical side and you're more leniant than I am. It's right what you say, about pressure to win but there should be pressure as they SHOULD win. The clubs he became manager of were already title favourites/challengers when he took over - When you manage Barca, Citeh and Bayern you should win every trophy you compete in and anything less should be seen as a disappointment. His time at Barca was impressive, I do see that but he didn't exactly have much to do to build up Bayern and Citeh. Im not saying he isn't a darn good manager but far from perfect. I have and always will be more impressed with managers who have brought clubs from reletive obscurity on meagre budgets than the so called "best" managers who only ever manage the top clubs and should win most things, mainly due to finance.
