To this day I think that this is Albino's most impressive run
Is it the end? I can't enjoy Albino's Isaac gameplay enough
Him R keying before clearing, or even reaching the Chest brought me physical pain.
He didn't have any way to guarantee Delirium before the R key, and going to the Chest would make him lose the Mega Satan key.
He really had no reason to not use R key at that point.
Today is got my first character completed all the way. Only 33 left to go.

You should install a fast travel mod that let's you go to rooms you've already been in, it's called Good Trip, would make all that walking a little easier.
