Despite all the game break videos I've seen in Isaac, this one is probably one of the nuttiest ones out there imo. Like, what happened in that crawlspace was both surprising and utterly hilarious, it's actually the first time I've seen that happen.
I found the most mundane gamebreak ever like a week ago, if you get swallowed penny in greed mode and theres a discounted heart on sale you can just sit on a curse door and get infinite money since it can sometimes drop dimes and nickels, but always drops the 2 pennies needed to buy the heart

@@pumpklin9596 on tainted maggie if you get habit before womb you get infinite charges on any active since yum heart heals 2 hearts and only takes 2 hearts to refill, I got habit, car battery, and book of sin in the same floor and just farmed pickups until book of sin starting giving me like wheel of fortunes and perthos and just got glitched crown out of my secret room on downpour 2
@Lilith does stuff d20 effect on a golden trinket will cause whatever pickup it rerolls into to have that golden shine effect. But won’t actually change the effect of the pickup unless it’s a trinket

The Void Portal is random because McMillian probably wants you to go through hush to get to it. Thematically it fits very well. Hush is Isaac's dying breaths (i think, idr fully), and Delirium is what he felt before finally dying. Which is probably why Void is guaranteed after the Hush fight.
